From Tampa - Interstate 4
• I-4 East towards Lakeland to the exit for
US 92
• Follow US 92 to Auburndale
• When you reach a fork in the road – follow the signs
to the right to Cypress Gardens/ Winter Haven – this is Havendale
Blvd.
• Follow Havendale Blvd to US 17 and cross over
• At the following stop light, turn right (it should be the
first street you come to)
• Follow to Central Ave and make a left
• We are the four story building on the left, the Colonial
Bank Building
• We are located on the 3rd floor in Suite 310 |

• Travel I-4 East towards Lakeland toExit
27, SR 570 (Polk Parkway)
• Head East on SR-570 to Winter Lake Road/ SR 540 exit
• Follow Winter Lake Road/ 540 East to Hwy 17.
• Turn left (North) onto Hwy 17
• Continue on Hwy 17 N (6th St.) through Winter Haven, to
Central Ave. (cross-streets start w/ letter Z and descend to Central
Ave)
• Turn Right onto Central Ave. (East)
• After you cross 1st Street, our office will be in the Colonial
Bank Building on the left.

• Follow US 92 to Auburndale

the lake

• Take I-4 West toExit 55 and go South.
• Once on Hwy 27 you will come across a town called Dundee
• In Dundee look for SR 542 and at that light, take a right

• Take I-75 North to SR 60 and go East
• Take this to US Hwy 17 in Bartow and go North
• This road will take you into the city of Winter Haven
• Stay on 17 until you come to the traffic light for Central
Ave and make a right
• We are up the street on the left hand side in the Colonial
